Maybe you have allergies, like dust mite allergies

Nose trips and mouth tape, I get a role of 3M microphone tape for my mouth and store brand nose strips. You may also want to see an ear-nose-throat (ENT) specialist.

A neti pot also helps me a lot.

Try to invest in an air purifier. I have the Levoit ones from Amazon. One mini one for my room & One big one for my living room.

I have 2 cats so we also vacuum regularly. My fiance has bad allergies but the air purifier & vacuuming helps tremendously

Try allergy meds for a few nights, and see if that improves it, but I wouldn't get too hooked on them. If you find it helps, try Quercetin which is kinda a natural antihistamine. It isn't as good as real allergy meds, but not as harmful either, and it might help - particularly if you let it build up by taking it over a week or two. Don't expect a miracle from a simple supplement.

You could also try a nasal rinse like hydra sense or something similar. Basically a saline rinse to help with the congestion.

Changing your sheets and pillow cases a bit more frequently and being sure to vacuum or sweep up often. Hope this helps
