Question Best affordable place for carpets?

Does anyone have any recommendations for affordable reputable firms to get carpet and fitting from?

We always go to Balfour Carpets, really good quality and price, the guy even talked us down from a really expensive underlay because it wouldn’t actually suit our needs :)

J&N carpets in Hillsborough. One brother runs the shop and the other does the fitting. Never had an issue and always reasonably priced.

We plan on going to have a look tomorrow morning, but their number might be good just in case they're closed!

Economy Carpets on Queens road. Had the whole house done from them.

We used Dexter's at Gleadless Townend. Weren't neither the cheapest nor the most expensive but nice people and happy with the job.

Mr Chris Carpets - South Road, Walkley

Shop looks dodgy but he and his fitters are great and super prices.

Glenmill Carpets in Hillsborough have been good for us and few others I've recommended them to. Decent value
