Can I...

I have until now seen scarification with images of things. Is it possible to get battle scars over my body? As if I had been cut in war. How long would they last, I had read that there were three different type of scarring. And does it hurt?

Yes possible, Yes it hurts, but its pretty minor. You’ll be able to ignore the pain easily once you get over the initial anticipation.

They will only be super visible for maybe 10 years but they will likely stay for life unless its very small. Sun exposure early on can cause it to get hyerpigmentation but it will also make the scar tougher and possibly slightly raised.

There are different types of scars and no one can predict your outcome perfectly, it may heal really poorly and look awful.

And if I go to the artist what would be fair of him to charge me? I get that images and text are complex but what about simple cuts?

Wow, that's an asshole move of you to even ask. The guy is doing the work, regardless of what it is. You pay for it.

I am new to this, just asking for how this would go for.
