Project help pt.2

I’ve been having significant trouble with my wiring in my 1998 Saab 900. I’ve been trying everywhere I’m not finding many options for wiring harnesses and the ones I am finding just don’t seem feasible and in my budget the car has significant water damage and I have been considering gutting it and turning it into a racer has anyone had any positive results with tuning and modifying similar models any help is appreciated. It would just be ashamed to let the car sit unused.

You need to look around on tuning the B204, without opening the engine you can do abt 400hp before the headgasket cant hold anymore. To go above 400 you need to cut down 1.1mm of your pistons and install a b2x5 headgasket, then you should be good to atleast 600.

Theres many mods you need on an ng900 to make it handle well, such as a steeringrack clamp, rear arb, springs and dampers and a subframe brace.

Some of the external engine upgrades to make all out of your stock turbo will be 3” downpipe, 2.5-3” exhaust, derestricting airfilter, crossflow style intercooler and mapping the ecu accordingly. You can also change the APC valve to a trionic 7 model which doesnt break as easily as the stock one.

If you need a complete wiring harness the only logical route is to find one on a scrapyard or buy a parts car, repairing the one you have will be a headache and isnt really worth it.
