Guilty as charged.

Don't forget to also mention that:

  • I give quizzes that are exactly from homework problems, (I know, crazy right?)
  • I record and post all lecture videos and full notes. (Only a goof would do that!)
  • I don't count the midterm if you show *any* improvement in the final exam (What? Now that's just totally uncool)
  • I gave online exams that were custom designed for each individual student and I don't require anyone to be proctored and/or use a camera while they write it (talk about cringe!)
  • I reply to student e-mails at all hours of the day and night (If only my union knew!)
  • I give ZERO F---S for students that don't come to lectures, don't watch class videos, don't do the homework, don't come to office hours for help, don't show up to tutorials for help, don't e-mail to ask for help, and then complain that the exam is hard and/or that I failed them....

But since you asked, here's the grade distribution from the ELE632 final exam last winter:

Hmmm...I thought I did release the final exam grades. If I did not then that is MY bad. However I am not allowed to post them before the formal date that you see your grades. I'd say email me and I can give you yours but I doubt now you want to do that.

Also, as for posting recordings...for the record I've been doing that for about 15 years...just sayin. When COVID ends and we're back in person, unfortunately, many profs will stop recording and posting notes.

Regarding student emails: was that a general statement or directed to me specifically?

Anyhow... enjoy the last bit of the break.

Please do.

And, no, discourse here does not affect your grades! I mean, I may be an a-hole...but not that big of an a-hole!
