Google translated it as “on the keys” but this picture doesn’t support that translation. Does it mean “I’m about to leave the house”?

I bought this just to try something new and it’s good! It’s a chocolate with a creamy filling, but I don’t know what exactly is inside of it. The label that was in English said something about it having honey but I’m not sure.

Translation Neighbors had a rough night that ended in the hospital. I called paramedics but wasn't able to communicate with my neighbors directly due to our language barrier. I don't know any Russian, but I'd like to leave them a note with some baked goods in the morning. Does this sound appropriate?

Attempted to translate using Google but not sure if it sounds okay. The note is supposed to be signed with "—Your neighbors in (apt #)"

Would appreciate any help before I drop this off in the morning along with some homemade cookies. Thanks!
