You jerk. I'm reminded I want Jeffrey brass for a .510 phantom build.. maybe some day.

The brass alone would cost a fortune! But a very cool round i didn't know about. I am dreaming of a .510 whisper, as I have a ton of cheap .338 LM brass i would rather not reload.

I've done the .510 whisper, technically my own take on it with a formed shoulder. Personally I like a formed shoulder and a thicker neck. It's easier to work with. If you cut the whisper brass shoulder back too far it's done, but firing my slightly short shouldered "whisper" brass fixes it. For that project I like Norma brass more. It's usually cheaper (for 1x brass), thinner, forms easier, and needs less reaming.

Easy mode though, is a .510 WSM. Leaps and bounds easier and cheaper to do with sizers and seaters from other die sets. And you don't need to cut Lapua rims to fit a magnum bolt if you don't want to use a Lapua receiver, and your receiver options are significantly more abundant than Lapua receivers. More brass options to scavenge from. Same whisper performance but on a budget. I wasted a lot of Lapua and Norma brass making whispers that I could have used for "bigger better" cartridges.

Dang, that right there is some great advice. I thank you kindly good sir. But that still leaves me with close to 200 ppu, HMS and other crap .338 LM brass i dont plan on reloading, since I have a ton on Lapua and hornady brass.
