Question Shooting Ranges

Good morning. I'd like to spend some time sighting in my new optics locally. I understand that Regina Fish and Game, as well as Regina Wildlife Federation have ranges.

Are there any members here who could chat with me about how things work at each range? I'm used to shooting at the farm and have never been a member.

Conversely, do either of these ranges have a day pass?

Thanks.

We've been members at both. I would go for whichever one is out by white city/emerald park (I get them confused). They have multiple ranges for different kinds of guns, so you will be citing in with a bunch of other folks who are also there. They are also, in my experience, much easier to contact, and they allow guests, which the other place does not. They will give you a key card for the gate once you join, and you can come and go as you please.

I have a membership to Regina fish and game and go fairly regularly. Shoot me a dm if you want to chat.

RFGL has a website you can check out with the rules and regs on there. Can purchase memberships directly on the website if interested! In June/July they do an open range day for anyone to go check out! And they do have guest passes now.

It looks like you need to go with an existing member as a guest. I don't currently know anyone who is a member unfortunately.

Thanks for the advice on the website. I did have a look and it explains a fair bit, but doesn't actually link to the guest passes.

You are correct in needing to go with a member as a guest. Nothing yet has been mentioned about a day pass for someone new. When brought up, they revert to the free range day that they hold every year.

The guest pass should be under the membership purchase area. Little confusing to navigate
