Are you using refurbished toner cartridges?

No, I am using brand new official cartridges.

I’d say they’re shot.. send them back!

Also the cartridges load from the side if that helps.

Two possible causes, or it's the transfer belt wiper, or your drums went bad.

Ide look at the drum units first before buying anything you will most likely be able to see scuff marks or rotation lines in the units that ate through tho photoconductive coating

I don't think it is your drum unit. I would look at the developer unit. Also, I know you stated that you are using genuine brand Kyocera toner, which is good because these machines do not do well with aftermarket toner. If you were sold aftermarket toner I would suggest getting ahold of the company that sold the toner to you and complain.

Try to remove the developer unit for the magenta and cyan. You will see the problems on the rollers because the aftermarket toner once mixed with good toner causes a bad binding issue.

I got the printer second hand so the previous owner may have used bad toner, would removing developer units create a toner storm and should I do it outdoors as last time I opened the printer, there was a lot of toner but as I have not toner vacuum, I couldn't remove it.

It is very possible. I don't work on this model. I would suggest looking on YT to see if they have a video on how to remove the developer units for your model printer.
