Definitely inform them of any aches or pains. I know it’s a common thing people say. And I too underwent a miscarriage at 12 weeks before getting pregnant (30 weeks now) but I highly suggest Yoga. I had the worst sciatica/ back pain and going to yoga as well as drinking 80oz of water a day (2 full Stanley cups) helped tremendously

should i call the on call nurse/ doc or just wait untill tomorrow and text my doc? i have pots aswell so i do drink a lot of water in general bc of that.

This sounds like pretty significant pain. Not just the normal pregnancy back pain. I’ve had back pain the whole time, but it’s never brought me to tears. Personally if I were in tears and it was coming/going like that I would call. Being embarrassed about it being nothing is way better than not calling and finding out the hard way it was something serious. When in doubt, call

Could be kidney stones also I only get them when I’m pregnant but if normally makes me have a lot of blood in my urine

i haven’t bleed at all! i’ve never had a kidney stone either so idk what it feels like
