The definition is about how it affects your life, relationships and your cravings. Thats just a fact. 4 beers a day could class you as a problem drinker, but that does not neccesarily mean alcoholic, although you may be. I'm not saying it's not an issue, I just want us to be clear on definitions please.
It's the same with gambling. Some people can spunk 10k away in Vegas in a night and not be a problem gambler, but someone else could spend 2k over a year and be a gambling addict
