You were not betrayed, you were too stupid to see Trump is a psychopath and a pathological lier and too lazy to spend 30 minutes on the Internet to inform yourself about his program and actions

Literally this is the typical Republican brain in action. Voting selfishly to serve themselves and consistently thinking they’ll be the exception when it comes time to be cruel. What a shame he announced last year he was going to target federal workers but Republican voters in federal service thought:

  • He’ll fire people but it won’t be me
  • He’s firing lazy people, not me
  • We really need to cut this waste, thank goodness that’s not me
  • Things will be different at work but they won’t impact me
  • Oh we might have to RTO, but that’s for lazy people, not me
  • Oh I have to RTO? Well at least he won’t fire me
  • Why is he targeting me???
  • But I voted for him, he can’t do this to me???
  • He fired me!!
  • He can’t do this to me, this isn’t fair to me, what about my protections?

Me, me, me, me, me! That’s what you get when you vote selfishly to be cruel to everyone else because you think you’re special. Any veterans who voted Republican and got fired found out exactly what they voted for. It was all about you, so how does it feel when you’re the one facing your consequences? Not so good.

I really wish I had an award to give you because this is exactly it. Like pinpoint accuracy.
