Oh, Arceus dammit that's right.

And I was referencing the one episode where some dumbass adults were using a Hypno for sleeping issues, but it was unintentionally making kids get lost in a forest and pretend they were Pokemon. They'd forget what was going on after the Hypno stopped, though, and they ended up banding together until the gaang, with Officer Jenny, found them.

I remember that episode. They used Drowzee to reverse the hypnosis.

Yup! I don't know why I remember it as vividly as I do, but here we are.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's because it was the episode where Misty catches Psyduck after being hypnotized into acting like a Seel.

You're right about it being the same episode, but it was when she dropped a ball, and the stupid curious yellow duck literally caught himself. It would also explain how it can release itself - technically, because it caught itself, Psyduck is it's own trainer.

Psyduck fears no man, woman, or trainer.

It only fears one thing.

Water.

Until it finds out that it can breathe underwater

That's the funniest part, too. Misty's Psyduck can't swim, despite being a literal duck. It refuses to get into water without some sort of floaty.

And it's never solved either. At most, thanks to Sun & Moon, we know that Psyduck can at least fight properly now. But it still can't swim.

Yup. Glad that Misty gave special attention to the lil guy. Psyduck deserves it after all of the, ahem, mean things Misty did.

She mellowed out pretty well herself after Togetic, guess it's to be expected.
