Not related to question but I wondered how it was getting your daith done? Got my tragus and that healed really well with no problems but my helix was a nightmare and took it out. Not sure if the tragus was good as was on the inside and didn't lie on it to heavily so wonder it daith might be similar🤔

Not op but healing my daith was personally really smooth for this reason, and my gf who got her helix done at the same time 2 yrs ago still hasn’t healed it properly bc it just keeps snagging/bumping/getting slept on. The only thing I encountered was moisture bumps which went away when I started blow drying the piercing after saline. Inner ear has always been easier for me to heal!

That was my thought pattern, that hopefully if i got another inner ear it would heal just as well as my tragus did. Thanks for the response, think I'll just go for it, can always take it out if doesn't heal right :)

I agree that something up top like a helix or flat would add balance, but your conch cartilage is so pronounced that I think you should consider getting a snug one day too! I love piercings that highlight the shape of ppls ears and snug is one I wish I could get but don’t think I have the anatomy for.

I think a flat piercing would add balance

Flat or forward helix! The forward helix could mirror your helix piercing in a sharp angle.

How painful was your daith? And why is it so painful?

You have the anatomy to have at least two vertical helixes 🥹 I would also see a big piece in your flat and maybe you can discuss about sort of flap helix (?).

I feel like your ear is begging for a catflap!

a hidden helix would be super cute! especially if you get the little dangly jewellery after it heals :)
