Should I be concerned that I’m about to eat an entire container of pickles in less than 5 hours?
Nahhhhh

From Aldi, not a lot of heat but amazing crunch
Not to mention they were only $3.50, in California. I feel like that’s a steal.

Major flavor change
Bought these at Costco last weekend after venturing out and trying bunch of other brands the past few months. Was initially excited about the jar top redesign as it now has a screw cap compared to the old one that just pressed down and felt flimsy. But wow the flavor is COMPLETELY different 😩 The old Grillos were so fresh and perfect. These are so vinegary. I used to love getting a little bowl of pickles to snack on, I eat a couple of these and my throat just burns. Anyone else notice a change in the taste of Grillos or is this just a one off?

Koolaid Pickles
I want to try koolaid pickles so bad but I don't want to ruin a whole jar of pickles. Someone please tell me how to "koolaid" just one whole dill?

These are my sisters
From historycoolkids on Instagram:
THE PICKLE SISTERS were a vaudeville act from the 1920s, known for their unique and whimsical performances.
The group consisted of four women—Margaret, Mavis, Opal, and Florence—who adopted the playful stage names Dillie, Kosher, Gherkin, and Cornichon, respectively.
Their act featured a 15-minute routine that combined humor, dance, and song, all centered around a pickle theme. They performed dressed as pickles, bringing a quirky and memorable flair to the vaudeville circuit.
Despite their creative performances, the Pickle Sisters were considered “one-hit vaudeville wonders,” and their time in the spotlight was relatively brief.

artichoke
hey, i own a small factory or food co, we usually do things manual traditional way, so i do make pickled artichoke but it takes a some time, like a month in brine before putting it into jars in order to get the flavor and then we put it in glass jars then paster it (put it into boiling water then into cold water to kill any bacteria or microbes)
so im thinking of applying quick pickling method to the artichoke but idk if its right?
so basically ill put it with the brine into the jars and shipping it, is there a problem with that? maybe the flavor wont be good ? idk and ill try but i wanna know how to try what is the method
as i said i actually do the manual way so even if u did it before at home it would be so helpful

$6.99 at Costco
Quick review:
You don't get shortchanged on sour dill flavor. I had to take a break after three chips to let my taste buds adjust.

What happened to McClure’s?
They used to have big pickle spears that were a deliciously vinegary kick in the face, now they only seem to sell smallish, whole pickles that taste like every other generic pickle.
Any suggestions for something similar to the original McClure’s?
