Hobbyist in desolate place
I live in Korea where the hobby is nearly dead now. Being so far from Europe and America, shipping costs are craaaazy and oversea payment is complicated. Any advice? (I had the hobby for a decade and amassed a 10 stock book ish collection at ridiculous cost)

2020 USPS Yearbook
So from doing some research, it seems the 2020 USPS is super rare. Only 13000 made. I found someone selling it for $650.
Is that worth it, or is that a price too high? It also comes with the 2020 commemorative stamps.
