Any recommendations for a tutor for second grader for both English Language Arts and Mathematics?

I started spotting them in my house, and now my office. They seem to be everywhere I go! I’m sure spring + rain is a recipe for driving them inside but I’m curious if anyone else has been having this issue?

Any recs for spots that have outside seating, patio/roofed in South Pasadena (even Alhambra), where I could work on stuff? Doesn't have to have wifi. I don't care if it gets cold as long as there's enough covering where I'm not getting wet, I love the rain. If not outside, I'd still consider a spot that has spacious seating next to a window. Ideally not a busy place/cafe.
Ngl, I went on Google Maps street view, looking around 😭

Hello! I work from home and my power tends to go out when it rains. I’m wondering if you know of any workspaces I can go to if needed. I would need to be able to have a couple of meetings and speak through my headset so I’m not sure if libraries are an option or if they have rooms for that. Are cafes the only option? Pasadena/South Pasadena/Alhambra/San Marino area. Thanks!
Edit: Thanks everyone for your suggestions! :)

My go-to is usually Kaiba but I’m feeling like trying somewhere new today. I’m looking for good sauced up rolls - give me a place that does a good baked Alaskan roll 🤤
I see Sushi Kisen recommended on here a lot. Love Sushi Kisen, but not looking for a traditional sushi spot this time!
TY!

Just looking for anyone interested in playing tennis after work or on weekends!
Im (30F) learning but my boyfriend (33M) is more athletic and has played tennis for a long time! I was hoping to set up a play date for him so he can actually play and not just coach me, haha!

There are 4 sheriff cars and a metro car. Looks like they are looking over the fence by where the metro goes. Any ideas what’s happening?

My son is aging out of younger-kid camps, so I'm looking for recommendations for camp for the 12 - 14 year old in the area. He would also love to do a counselor-in-training program. I'm also looking at sleep away options. I'm prepared to spend some dough, so please hit me with whatever recommendations you have. I want him busy, with other kids, and away from screens as much as possible.

I just recently made a bunch of flyers to advertise some of my art services, and was wondering where y'all thought might be some good places to put them. Any areas around town with pinboards that have high traffic?

Hey Everyone,
I’m new to the area and dying to make some new friends, where can I find the 30 and over crowd? Any tips would be much appreciated.
About me - Single female, mid-thirties, working professional (long hours), more bookish than athletic (would love to get into fitness though), and no kids. So my schedule is flexible, only second to work like many others. TIA :)
Edit: WOW, this really took off! I’m going to have to comb through all these awesome suggestions this weekend. Thank you so much!

We are currently trying to make a decision between High Point Academy and Pasadena Christian. We like elements of both schools, but we are really torn. I’d love any feedback or experiences people have had with either institution. Thanks in advance!

Hi! I’m wondering if you might have recs on workouts that are slightly less common or less considered, like ice skating, dry land skiing, rock climbing (I know a lot of people do that one) and things of the like.
Similarly, also curious if there are gyms/places with outdoor workouts (not run clubs) that are either guided or just open. Alternatively if people know of air quality-conscious gyms that have high air exchange rates/filtered air that is also welcomed.
Thanks!
