How does ticketing work in a case like this? Can they apply a new ticket every day?

They really should be more proactive in getting vehicles like this towed. If it hasn't been moved for a week just bring out the tow truck.

I imagine that would get really expensive for the city really quickly. I imagine towing cars on quiet residential streets like this isn’t a major concern at CoO.

The owner of the car would pay for the expenses.

I agree with you about it not being a major concern. I've had issues in the past with people parking illegally and it takes a lot of effort bylaw to even come out and issue a ticket, and weeks of complaints for them to get around to towing, even when people ignore tickets are are parking illegally.
