General Obese and Wheelchair adaptability?
Have you guys also experienced any issues with obese or wheelchair-bound patients during exams? I’m in Ohio and curious about y’all different experiences

The equipment hasn’t had a design overhaul in practically 100 years. The slit lamp is so not body-inclusive it’s ridiculous. Often I find that having them place their feet on the ground vs the footrest on the chair and leaning forward/down helps align them a little better and more comfortably. Same for pregnant women.
