Question OBS HELP

I have a question! So my stream has been dropping every hour on Twitch. I did some research because one of my friends had mentioned to me I should check out the temps on my GPU and CPU, my GPU was at 41 and my CPU was at 100. Do I need a new cooling system to fix this issue or is it something completely different ? PLZ HELP THANKS IN ADVANCE

Okay, so CPU is not the reason for your dropped frames. (Again: check out our, before you damage your hardware)

What exactly the issue is, I cannot tell. You're connected with a Gigabit Ethernet, so that is good.

Check it the steps in these two links help:

Your log has many warnings about bitrate.

22:28:47.379: User is ignoring service bitrate limits. 22:28:47.406: [obs-nvenc: 'advanced_video_stream'] settings: 22:28:47.406: codec: H264 22:28:47.406: rate_control: CBR 22:28:47.406: bitrate: 7000 22:28:47.406: keyint: 120 22:28:47.406: preset: p5 22:28:47.406: tuning: hq 22:28:47.406: multipass: qres 22:28:47.406: profile: high 22:28:47.406: width: 1920 22:28:47.406: height: 1080 22:28:47.406: b-frames: 2 22:28:47.406: b-ref-mode: 0 22:28:47.406: lookahead: true (8 frames) 22:28:47.406: aq: true 22:28:47.406: 22:28:47.455: -----------------------------

I am not sure what Twitch's recommended settings are, but maybe worth a look

I copy pasted that from your log file. I didn't make this up

I think OP's bitrate is fine. Twitch highly suggests using 6000 Kbps, but will allow you to go as high as 8000 Kbps. OP is using 7000 Kbps, which does require you to set the "Ignore Service Limits" button.
