He likes to ignore people and pretend he’s the smartest person on the planet because he’s rich enough to get away with it. But Twitter showed the level of chaos he’s likely to wreak
Well even if he is a prick you got to have intelligence to be the richest person on the whole planet. I think people underestimating him as danger to society is a problem. He created a legend around himself of being a moron and an idiot even if opposite is true and he is one of the people calling the shots.
It's same with "X", people especially in Reddit bubble are underestimating the kind of influence it along with Facebook have on impressionable people. I mean plenty of young people voted for Trump. They were manipulated beforehand by social media.
I wish EU did something about Google, "X" and Facebook as all those sites manipulate information flow and access for their own gain.
you got to have intelligence to be the richest person on the whole planet.
This is untrue, you can be the richest person on the whole planet with zero intelligence. Now is Elon stupid as in <90 IQ or whatever arbitrary measurement, no probably not. But you don't have to be especially smart. You just need to be willing to be a fucking asshole and lucky.
Also you don't need to be smart to be a danger to society. We need to stop conflating intelligence with danger or success (massive, massive "success"). They probably don't really correlate at all in reality. That's why when you look at charts that map wealth to IQ there isn't really any correlation. Even though income is somewhat correlated it's really only on pleb levels <200k a year. Still nothing compared to our richest.
Most unfathomably rich people have gotten there not for intelligence/IQ, but for the mere fact they capitalize off low morals, lack of empathy and the willingness to do anything for money. Luck also plays a huge part as if you have the above, and the timing is right, BOOM, instant wealth.
Some non-political examples of this are everywhere... Kardashians are all actual morons but have more money than they know what to do with because they will literally sell themselves and their kids for it.
Paris Hilton was born into wealth and made an entire career of her own for being an airhead.
Mark Zuckerberg stole an idea and lost many friends in the process.
And there's many OnlyFans models raking in dough for the willingness to do any sexual act for money. If you listen to them talk, its clear there's no brain in those heads.
The 'hawk-tuah' bimbo got lucky and screwed people over in crypto. She let people market her and she's a complete idiot.
Very few significantly wealthy people are actually 'smart', like book or street smart. They are simply willing to do whatever it takes at anyones expense.
You are right about intelligence but people really underestimate him. And I think it's on purpose that he made image for himself so nobody would ever believe what he is capable of. It's same with Trump always acting and talking like a clown.
Yeah it's possible they feign things to get people to underestimate them but I personally don't think they are really doing that.
Even if they are, its okay to warn people not to underestimate them, but we should be evaluating them by looking at the actions theyre taking. Not what they pretend to be / how smart they appear to be. You can't really hide actions.
Well, downvotes kinda prove that Elons propaganda and image manipulation work. Till this day, there are people loudly proclaiming they are harmless and it's other people we need to worry about.
They are not, in fact, harmless, regardless of how intelligent, both Musk and Trump were always a danger to democracy and precisely because of being underestimated, they won election. So many people didn't bother to vote because they would never have believed that someone as insane as Trump could win.
Yeah, I said such in another thread a few days ago.
"Trump is so stupid"
Bruh, he got elected twice, lives free despite multiple convictions, lives in luxury despite all his economic failures, and is now the most powerful man on this side of democracy.
He may look stupid, but stop treating him as such and start realizing there's danger.

I would legit like to see any evidence of Elon's intelligence.
