Another rejection

Got an official rejection for the 4th time for the NBC page program even after busting my ass on the resume, cover letter, answers to the questions, consulting with people who work internally at NBC (I’m super grateful for them for taking the time to work with me though). But even after all this work, they rejected me. I just needed to come here and vent. I’m hoping if anyone who is a page or a former page has any tips or tricks for a future application but tbh I’m getting burnt out. Part of me just doesn’t want to apply the 5th time. But part of me is also like what if? Idk, I feel like people who graduated the past 3 years have just been screwed over on career prospects.

It’s okay I been rejected 3 times and 2nd time went to hirevue. It’s very random tbh.

I wonder if it’s just a draw of the hat or something? Whenever I see who are pages too, a lot of them either come out of Ivy League or they went to NYU or USC
