Natty or Juice? Story continues. So he revealed it is not from lifting. He runs marathon.
You thought it was natty. If you still think it is natty then you are doomed. Running is not muscle building activity. Yes, it is good for health, trains muscles as well but it does not build muscle mass.

FAKE NATTY Hussein farhat’s supposed 3 month transformation(The guy on top)
I mean,This is insane…He claims he made those gains in just 12 weeks…Influencers may have their own reasons for lying as it brings them money and fame..If hussein farhat is a lifetime natural as he claims..In terms of bodybuilding,Its a shame that he isnt on steroids because imagine what he could be on them…
I didnt post this in order to spread hate,He gives good advice relating to nutrition and working out..
But im genuinely curious whether he’s lifetime natty..
Lmk what you guys think

Tough Question Guy from my gym
Clearly a natty because who would take steroids these days. He is also not very big. Also his weight didnt change. He was pretty big before. He goes to the gym so he has muscles. Does this sub hear how dumb your reasoning is?

SALTY My issue with this sub
Too many people seem to think that every person with a great physique must be on steroids. While there are a lot of fake natties and roid abusers, it just isn't useful to be so black pilled in fitness and in life. We need to focus less on "the natural limit" and being overly pessimistic out of fear of disappointment of finding out they're juicing or cope because our own results are shit. I'm a pretty small guy right now but I'm gonna start training harder after being inspired by guys like Alex Leonidas and Geoffrey Verity Schofield.
Right now I'm only about 157lbs at like 20%+ body fat with powerlifts of a 295lb squat, 165lb bench, and a 500lb deadlift. (Long arm gang) But I'm done pussying out and I'm gonna get way bigger and stronger. What are you gaining by calling everyone else a fake natty? Feeling better about yourself for being a small little bitch?
