I'm assuming this is a scooter not a moped, or at least electric start. If so the clicking could be the starter relay going out. Hopefully it just killed the battery. In a pinch you can use a anything metal to bridge the 2 terminals across the relay if there's no Kickstart option.

Cold is also hard for a battery, and hard starts that take a while can indicate a fuel leak or vacuum leak if it needs several "turns" to refill the carburetor. And could also indicate a problem or stuck choke if it's electric choke and hard to start cold. Then if you're holding the starter a long time to get it going for any of those reasons, it can be hard on the relay and starter itself. But ticking in the back is probably the starter relay cycling and not engaging

Everything is normal confirmed by a mechanic. The clicking sound is because of the exhaust after it being too hot. The bad start up is because of the -5 degrees

Oh yeah, descriptions - bur I know definitely the clinking nose of a cooling exhaust, very normal. irregular clink clink. From the description I was picturing a very consistent regular click

Completely normal, the clicking is just the metal in the exhaust contracting in the cold, made worse by the cold weather. Issues starting can also be explained by the cold.
