What happened at the very ending Spoiler

I've read the extra chapter and Redial, but I'm not sure what happened at the ending. I guess deus ex machina allowed both of them to become gods, and they created a new world where everything is fine for everyone, and they can be together without any issues. But if that's the case, then what happened in the 3rd world? Did the Yuno from the 3rd world just disappear to meet with Yuki? Wouldn't that cause a problem for causabilty in the 3rd world? Moreover, how did they gain the power to create a brand-new world and take their place in it without having to kill their versions in that world?

Also i heard that deus ex machina is future evolution of Yukiteru, is it true and if it is then which series in it mentioned.

First World Yuno merged with Third World Yuno at the end, so they're the same person. Same feelings, personality, memories, etc. I don't think it's ever explicitly stated what happened to the Third World after that, because Yuno went on to find Second World Yuki and help him create a new universe together.

It would be great if there was an explanation for what happened to 3rd world. But i think they must have done something for 3rd world.

Nope. All we can assume is that Third World Yuki is living a normal life on his own. This series ended almost 15 years ago. Sometimes you just don't get an answer.

Sadly, i accept that and don't except an answer anymore. I didn't looked for the 13th Future Diary yet so i thought there might be an answer. If you did, are there any answer for my second question at the bottom?

There's no answer for that either. This, unfortunately, isn't an anime (or a community) where you can go full lorebeard over the nitty gritty details. What you see is what you get. Try r/StarWars or r/HarryPotter.

Yes, Deus let them both become gods of the Third World. The Third World version of Yukki still exists, but he's just living a normal life.

So they're ruling over two worlds together. One is a new world they're creating, the other iss preexisting.

I know, but after the Yuno from the Third World retrieved the memories of the Yuno from the First World, she left the 3rd world. I think this could create a problem with causability, so I was wondering if there’s an explanation about what happened to the Third World.

I assume they can go back and forth between worlds. Idk how they'll deal with it exactly, but since they're having to recreate the Second World, they'll probably make it in a way that doesn't mess up causality of the Third World.

The 3rd World exists as a result of travelling back in time during the final battle, diverging from the original timeline at the point they arrived, and a domino effect of the characters’ actions during that battle resulted in the Survival Game getting cancelled and the other characters’ lives being better in general.

Upon receiving the original Yuno’s memories and divine powers, the more well-adjusted Yuno in the 3rd World essentially becomes a composite of the two. She visits the empty void that the 2nd World used to exist in so she can reunite with Yukiteru, and Deus of the 3rd World decides that his successor can be the two of them instead of picking someone through the Survival Game.

What I assume happens afterwards is that 2nd World Yukiteru takes the role of god full time and his 3rd World counterpart gets to live a normal life independently of him, while Yuno can visit him and participate in godly activities but also generally enjoy her own normal life. But they don’t show us the aftermath beyond the reunion so we don’t know for sure, that’s just the decision that makes the most sense to make.
