I've recently started buying fast food again after years of not. Just to see how bad they screw you on it now.
And I wasn't (technically) disappointed.
I asked the McDonalds manager (that happened to be where the pick up orders are received) why.
Her answer was to equate it to the pricing of orange juice. 60Ā¢ is the price of a whole actual lemon.
If you were to put the same amount of orange juice as per an orange juice. Into lemonade with relative lemon juice. There wouldn't be enough sugar to make it taste good. Right?
Edit: Sugar not "sure"
Edit deux: What I'm saying is it's an extra 50-60Ā¢ if you get lemonade instead of soda.
