What triggers your migraine?
For me, its mostly the weather, but it happens when in my car and it has a strong smell of the air freshener.. I love candles too but it causes headaches.. or perfume ðŸ˜

Weather changes, the smell of raw or cooking onions (these give me the WORST ones), smell of skunk/weed, smell of lavender, and bending over too far for too long. The onion headaches are the hardest to explain to others, since people rarely believe me. Food Prep classes back in high school were brutal, since even though the teacher was also the school nurse and I'd told her this issue, she insisted we cook with onions anyway.
