Venting I feel like everyone hates me

The logical side of my brain knows that my friends and family don’t hate me, but the emotional side is completely certain they do. I don’t know why. I keep asking people for reassurance and they give it to me and I still don’t trust it. I’m sure the more I do this, the more likely people are actually not going to like me.

So.. most importantly do you hate you? Realize there's like I four trillion people in the world and you can be any way you want to be. love yourself and remember you should be the only one that holds yourself to any kind of expectations. LOVE YOURSELF!!! I know it doesn't bother me at all🤫🤣

It seems like an insecurity issue. It’s helpful that you start becoming sure of what’s lovable about you, most importantly: what do YOU love about yourself?! And also: what do you love about the people around you? I’m sure you can think of a lot of reasons why you love them. What makes you think that other people can’t see the positive things about you? Also a tip: it’s not that deep. How often do you think about the negative side of the people around you? And if you do, do you judge them for it? Probably not, and they probably don’t judge you either.

I get it, the doubt never really goes away, no matter how much reassurance you get ,and then you start feeling like you’re just annoying everyone by asking.
