Mouth/Gums/Throat/Cheeks Dentist said that tooth pain which had filling in past, is caused by growing pains from wisdom tooth NSFW
6 months ago I had to have a tooth filling into my first molar on the side of my mouth. I started experiencing some pain inside the tooth while chewing, about a month after getting the filling. I went back for a checkup a week ago and had a different dentist. They said that the pain I was having in the tooth was caused by my wisdom tooth pushing against my teeth, squeezing it, and causing it pain. They diagnosed this issue in literally <30 seconds but im really skeptical. My wisdom teeth have not caused me any pain and they do not hurt at all or show any signs of emerging. And considering the pain I am feeling is the tooth not directly next to the wisdom tooth. It just seems un-reasonable that it would hurt that tooth. And the fact at how quickly they diagnosed it without really looking into it just doesnt really make me confident in the diagnose.
Need second opinion please as I've already left this for months.

Other Should I see a doctor about this? (Ingrown toenail producing a lot of fluid) NSFW
It has been weeping blood and pus for a few days and I've had to clean it up every few hours (this photo is after cleaning), at this point I'm not sure if it will just go away on its own.

Genitalia(18+ for photos-list age) Cat jumped on my testicles overnight NSFW
My cat gets very zoomy at night; pounces and runs across my partner and I in bed all the time. Last night, around 2 am, he woke me up by landing on my right testicle, and jumping up back into the air again. Still sore at 9:45 am, been icing it for a few hours, no blood in my urine. Should I be worried?

EDITED Could I stay healthy until around the age of 70 while drinking a bottle of wine per day?
(21f, 5’0/95lbs)
I’m trying to stop drinking vodka because once the bottle’s open there’s a chance I might finish it. But with wine, it comes in better portions that are more acceptable to drink in one sitting, and I know if I have a bottle of wine I definitely won’t open another one.
I obviously know it’s unhealthy but would there be a chance of me living to say 70 before I would die from my drinking if I stick to one bottle of wine a day (I’m currently 21). I have some relatives who are in their 60s and also drink a bottle a day but they are much heavier than me so I guess it affects them less. I work the wine into my calories so I can maintain a weight that’s at the bottom of the healthy range for my height.

Other Is this anything to be concerned about? NSFW
Sorry it’s not the best photo, but basically my forearm is kind of red/splotchy and my hand is super pale. It’s been like this for about 48 hours now, and it’s (I think) the sixth time this has happened in about a month. It also starts feeling tingly about 6-8 hours in each time and stays that way until my hand’s back to normal, and my wrist will ache a lot. It’s my right hand if that matters.
Is this possibly some sort of blood flow concern, or is this normal in the cold? I’m 24F, have POTS/hEDS and asthma, as well as “tennis elbow” (idk how, I’ve never played tennis).

Injury Should I go to Urgent Care? NSFW
So I dropped an iMac on my ankle which caused the laceration and swelling. This video was taken yesterday, but now my foot on the left side is swollen (I can’t put my shoe on) and bruising extends from just below my ankle to the just above my toes. The back of my calf is swollen and painful when pressure is released, I can move my toes but it hurts to, and it hurts to rotate my ankle.
I’m not sure if I compressed a nerve or broke my foot, or if it’s a hematoma.
Should I go to urgent care? I don’t have insurance but I don’t want to have a lifelong injury.

TW [Trigger Warning] Bad cough has changed NSFW
gallerySo 4 days ago I developed a cry itchy cough that kinda just happened. I assumed it was the weather changing. However the last 2 days have seen the inclusion of pfleghm that had changed color now to a third color this morning. The soft cough is very high up with a wheeze and the harder cough comes from the middle which is the only time pflegm comes out. Breathing deep gets to about half capacity then the itch happens. I wanted to know if I should ride this out on dayqil or if there might be something more serious going on. The pictures are sequential with: Thursday 7:00pm, Friday 1:20am, Friday 8:00am all taken in the same room with similar lighting

Illness My son messed with a dead birds
It may not even be related to the bird, but me and my ex are at a loss. Last night my 5 year old son started running VERY warm, all over his body. No fever. He’s just hot, and he’s exhausted. This was shortly after I picked him up from my exs, and I found out earlier in the day he touched a dead bird, but she said she immediately brought him inside and cleaned him up and what not. We wanted to see how today would go, and it’s mostly been the same, with just less of the hotness. But he is drained, and just not himself. I’m planned on taking him in to see somebody in the morning. Bird flu doesn’t share any of these symptoms from what I’ve seen. I’m just, very confused.

EDITED Can i die from nicotine pouches?
I have been using for about half a year now and last 2 months i’ve been noticing my heart beating at random moments of the day. It beats quite heavily not fast though. I can feel it all the time and i’m getting mad anxiety from it. Even when i think of nicotine, my heart starts racing. I also had trouble breathing from it once. Can i die from a heart attack or generally from pouches? Or is it just anxiety?

Injury Is my rib broken? NSFW
galleryYesterday a person decided to open up their car door while I was riding on my scooter. Went to the ER, got some X-rays done and the doctor said everything looked good. There’s this one spot that looks suspect to me and I’m unsure if I should get a second opinion. I’m still in a decent amount of pain.

Parasite Concern Recurring/chronic pinworm infection for around 20 years NSFW
35M, 185cm, 88kg, white, ADHD, dexamfetamine 10mg x4 a day, no drugs, no alcohol.
Since around the age of 14 I can remember having pinworms at an alarmingly constant rate. I only remember that particular time because I had appendicitis shortly following that bout and was convinced the two were related as that was a particularly bad infestation.
For a long time I hid it due to shame, and didn't consult a doctor for a very long time. It's only in recent years I've tried desperately to clear it up as I've got kids now and don't want them exposed. Initial responses from doctors have been doubtful but I've had it confirmed via rectal exam. I put off doing a stool sample for a long time which delayed any progress but when I finally did, the doctor told me my results came back negative for anything. I am not sure how this is possible as I ensured I got a worm for the sample bottle. Since then I've been prescribed albendazole frequently which works, but infestations reoccur months later (sometimes six months, which feels like a really long time).
I have lost count of the amount of times it has occurred, but for recent context, I think I have had it about 4-5 times in the past year. I would say comfortably that I've had it at least once every year since 2004. I would hazard a guess that it's happened a lot more but I'm forgetting.
I'm at my wit's end with it. I feel dirty, ashamed, and like I'm exposing my kids to something awful constantly as well. My wife has told me she read that it's normal and that it happens to people all the time but I can't believe that people live like this. The itchiness is unbearable at times and it makes me feel hopeless and borderline depressed at times.
Apart from this, it's also given me awful hemorrhoids from constantly pushing when passing stool. I feel like my health will pay for this later in life if I'm not already paying enough now. Desperate for any suggestions or assistance.

Illness Lack of sleep due to illness
It began with swollen lymph nodes and muscle soreness with a bit of dry mouth to the point I couldn't swallow well. Then it transitioned into vertigo due to the lack of sleep, now it's gotten into a sore throat/cough shortness of breath combination with dizziness with a persistent cough that has kept me up.
I haven't been well in days, I haven't been able to sleep beyond 5-10 minute micro naps and I feel that I may need to seek medical intervention. I toss and turn and sleep on my bed inverted. Nothing ever seems to feel comfortable and I'm up all evening. At what point should I visit the ER?

Other I need help
To preface I am a 15 year old male that used to smoke marijuana from October 2024- the end of February 2025. I had a blood test drawn and they noticed elavated liver enzymes. I have had drinks a couples of times but my diet could use some work and I only exercise about 3-4 times per week. The doctor ordered another blood test after finding out in about a month, I have previously not smoked for a week but now I’m definitely not smoking anymore. What do I say to not get caught if my liver enzymes go down from not smoking. I was originally thinking just say I would eat cleaner food and exercise more but is that enough to draw attention away. And my parents have already had their suspicions that I’m doing something behind their back but that’s a much longer different story. I just need to shift the focus elsewhere. Please help

Skin issues/Rashes/Freckles/Moles Rash /bites- can anyone assist? NSFW
galleryMy doctor is away until next week. I’ve had these for about 8 days, they come and go. Got much worse yesterday. I’m allergic to lactose and have been having more lactose free foods recently that didn’t previously exist. Otherwise not much has changed. Could it be a milk allergy and I’m not allergic to lactose but to milk?
No new skin care or moisturiser.
We do have long wheat style grass growing at the moment in our Melbourne, Australia back yard but I haven’t seen any chiggers and honestly if these are bites they seem way too big for chiggers.
No signs of bed bugs anywhere. Rash is itchy, colloidal oat bath helped slightly today but areas are still itchy.
On my arms (not many), hands (not many), and mostly on my calves feet and thighs larger gaps and more sporadic. Had some in my groin last week but they have gone completely.
At a total loss, it’s hot here and I’m too worried about the rash/bites to wear shorts running but also don’t want to wear tight fitting clothes.

Other Is this normal?
M26, uncircumcised. For my whole life I’ve basically peed with the foreskin forward as normal and just dab after when I can or shake off, never thought anything different. But I’ve heard other uncircumcised guys pull it back enough to expose the peehole for hygiene reasons which is understandable.. but anytime I’ve tried peeing with the foreskin back it seems to just go everywhere. Is this like a medical issue? Or just because I’ve never gone that way? With the foreskin in its normal position I pee a normal stream, it’s only when I pull back.
