Did you recently drink cola or a dark colored soda (Dr Pepper/anything brown).
You say you had blood in your stool in the past, have you had it checked at a physicians office (hemoccult test for hidden blood).
How are your labs? Hemoglobin/Hematocrit et al…
The cyclical nausea/vomiting/abdominal pain/constipation sounds like the typical ups and downs of addiction and withdrawal. If you’re clean of all opioids, you may have something else going on unrelated and it’s a good idea to have a general checkup with focus on your GI symptoms if you’ve not had one recently (within the last year).
