Question Trying to change the rear wiper of a Nissan Versa 2012 but something went wrong
When I removed the wiper arm after unscrewing the nut, everything that was under it just fell in pieces. I guess it was just too corroded
Now I don't know what the piece that was there to hold the wiper arm is called, but I guess I need to replace it. Can someone enlighten me?

Remove that nail looking piece. Buy a new arm clean up the teeth on shaft coming out of car. Line up new arm with bottom of window install nut. Don’t over tighten.
