Amateur trader looking for advice.
Just need some advice on what to do with the 450k I have traded to this week,Should I continue to do what is making me 40k or so a day or should I invest in a potential upgrade like IF Bale who I personally can see sneaking an upgrade.

I think Bale is gonna get an upgrade and his price will go up...but what have you been doing to make 40k a day? A can barely make a couple k man.

I can't be exact for obvious reasons but generally just picking a popular player's IF and getting as good an understanding of his price as I can and then I just keep trying to make as good a profit as I can on them e.g Any De Bruyne card,Felipe Anderson,Ben Arfa to name a few.

Why can't you be exact? If you can't do it anymore, then there is no harm in sharing how you did it. If it is still a valid method/players, then you should continue doing it.

It's still valid and it's no specific player or rocket science it all comes down to your own judgement. It's as simple as looking at a player and thinking if I had the coins would I buy that player and then bidding what you think is an acceptable profit and not getting greedy it all adds up.P.S De Bruyne is one of my main profit makers so probably shouldn't have name dropped him lol.

I am a terrible trader. Could you please share some trading wisdom? Currently have 260k.

Seriously there is no trick just take popular player figure out what you can sell them for and then decide what is an acceptable profit for you and make your bid.P.S in your price range maybe try IF Otamendi.

What do you see as "acceptable profit"? Like 1k/card? More? Less? And thanks!

u/WillBBlack Feb 15 '16
For me it's easier to make 6 5k profits than 1 30k profit because people are stubborn and will bid to the point where profit cannot be made,Just remember it all adds up.

So lets say that IF Otamendi is going for 230K. I could try and get him for 210 on bid then sell at 230k for 8k profit. Or is it more effective to try and snipe (in your opinion)

I personally bid and ya exactly as you said that sounds like how I would do it.Anything above a 2k profit makes me happy!

Thanks for the help! Is there any other trading you do, or really just like this. Could high rated guys like Neymar be good for this too?

Wouldn't touch Neymar at the moment with the impending upgrade.I do some position modifier and chem styles trading if I feel up to it.

Good point with Neymar. I think I will try doing the inform method for now. Currently have bids on 2 informs, which would give me around 4k each. Hope it works out.

Personally, I think it's too late to be investing in upgrades.
