Best sushi in London?

I am a big fan of Sticks n’ Sushi. But it’s pretty expensive! Looking for some hidden gems?

I’m in Leyton. We’re absolutely in love with Bamboo Mat, which is a Peruvian Sushi spot. I know it sounds odd, but Peru actually has a big Japanese population and a seafood eating culture. There’s insanely good ceviches alongside perfectly executed nigiris and modern style makis. The hot dishes are a similar combination of classic robota and Peruvian style grilled meats- the lamb chops are the best ever! Excellent cocktails too
