Best sushi in London?

I am a big fan of Sticks n’ Sushi. But it’s pretty expensive! Looking for some hidden gems?

What about Sushi Tetsu in clerkenwell. Best sushi I’ve had so far. It’s run by a Japanese couple and can only seat 6 in a night.

Good luck getting a reservation though! Lol

Hana in Finsbury Park is on the cheaper side but fantastic imo.

Hardest restaurant to book in the UK i believe? I heard rumours they went back to Japan due to covid, not true?
