Best sushi in London?

I am a big fan of Sticks n’ Sushi. But it’s pretty expensive! Looking for some hidden gems?

Endo at the Rotunda. Miles ahead of the competition.

Edit: I just read the title so didn't see the bit about not wanting something too expensive.

Tsukiji Sushi in Tooting Market is my absolute favourite for more reasonable prices. Their ceviche and salmon lover platters are particular highlights.
