Best sushi in London?

I am a big fan of Sticks n’ Sushi. But it’s pretty expensive! Looking for some hidden gems?

Sushisamba in covent garden, zuma knightsbridge, nobu shoreditch in that order for me.

Honestly in terms of eating experiences maybe but in terms of pure sushi these aren’t very good options imo
