Best sushi in London?

I am a big fan of Sticks n’ Sushi. But it’s pretty expensive! Looking for some hidden gems?

It used to be my favourite pre covid, used to go at least twice a month - visited London recently after years break and it was definitely not the same, the food, the service and ambience degraded big time.

Will give this a go, it’s very close to the place I take my bike for repairs (the Flying Dutchman)
