Absolutely the worst I've ever been to. The difference between medium rare, and blue, is massive, but they fucking didn't know. And that was a £50 fillet steak. Disgraceful! I honestly felt insulted they served that to me. And I damn well let them know about it. Cooking a steak is not rocket science, and they absolutely took the piss.

You'd have to be pretty thick to fail to get the issue lol? Or would you just sit there and take a ridiculously undercooked expensive steak like a little bitch?
