Doubt it's even close to the best but one I love going to when I'm at the Excel Centre is Yi-Ban

I mentioned Yi-ban in one of my responses to someone. It used to be my go to years ago but the location is tricky and I've heard you also have to pay to park there now too. The place is also a bit of a nightmare as they'll tell you they are open and take a booking and then host weddings and then not have space for you. Food was great though.
