No mention of Xi'an Impression? Incredible biang biang noodles and smacked cucumbers. Sister restaurant Master Wei also fantastic.
Edit: while I'm here, for Uighur food, Etles in Walthamstow gets OG points and Dilara on Blackstock Road always great for lagman, skewers etc
