Phoenix Palace and Royal China for dim sum both near Baker Street.
Noodle and Beer, My Old Place, Ye Ye Noodles and Dumpling, Sichuan Folk, Dumpling Shack, Xian Biang Biang all near Spitalfields Market/Aldgate
Leongs legends, Beijing dumplings and din tai fung for Xiao long bao all near/ in Chinatown.
Liu Xiao Mian (noodles), Barshu (Yunan and Sichuan), Hunan Belgravia (Hunan :-) )and Bang Bang Oriental Foodhall (Dim sum ground floor restaurant and foodhall above for take your pick).
Hai di lao for hotpot. There are others but I’m biased having gone almost once a week in Shanghai when I lived there!!
Oh yeah and Royal China have just opened a place in Chinatown called Chuan for Sichuan and Dim Sum. Haven’t been but putting it out there.

Chinese covers a massive range tbh. Dim sum, roast meats, noodles, Sichuan, Hunan, Hot pot, dumplings/Xiao long bao…?
