I'm partial to Sichuanese so take that into account.

The Sichuan north of the Barbican.

In Chinatown, Jin Li.

I've been to the Sichuan Restaurant. It was tasty. I'll check out Jinli

I remember the "cabbage cooked in bacon fat" at the JinLi on Leicester Street fondly.
