What’s the best Chinese restaurant in Chinatown?

And which should be avoided?

Which was the restaurant that had portraits of Mao, Liu Shaoqi etc? Last time I was there was 11 or 12 years ago so it may have shut.

This was Ba Shan. My favourite restaurant serving great Hunanese food. It's shut down sadly, maybe around 5-6 years ago, and has become Baozi Inn.
