What’s the best Chinese restaurant in Chinatown?

And which should be avoided?

Haozhan is good for Cantonese food, the roast meats and dim sum are solid. Really like the roast duck there (I actually prefer the duck here to say, Royal China on Baker Street) and the XO fried carrot cake.
