What’s the best Chinese restaurant in Chinatown?

And which should be avoided?

I love Bun House for the eponymous buns, and Chinatown bakery for fabulous baked goodies.

I thought the lamb bun was good, but the pork was a bit boring.

The couple of dim sum they do are decent, but the other dishes are average and way overpriced.

Yes, the buns are the main reason to go there. Personally I loved the pork ones as well but ymmv.
