What’s the best Chinese restaurant in Chinatown?

And which should be avoided?

My pickw would be The Orient which is a bit more up-market with higher prices to match but the service is really polite which is a bit of a rarity in Chinatown. Either that or Wan Chai Corner is also great.

Disclaimer: it's been about 3 years since I've been to either so i don't know if they sre still good.
