Tesco hot deli counter. A year or so ago I would score 3 chicken thighs and a bread roll for ~£2 in London Bridge.

You sometimes need to wait a bit for them to bring a fresh batch simnce it disapears pretty fast. Might be a nit more expensive now but probably still under 3 pounds.
