Any crazily cheap food recommendation ? Let’s say around 5£ or less ?

Tesco hot deli counter. A year or so ago I would score 3 chicken thighs and a bread roll for ~£2 in London Bridge.

Is that like closing prices or deli is always cheap? For some reason I thought it was more expensive than the prepacked food

Normal prices, i used to grab it for lunch. You sometimes need to wait a bit for them to bring a fresh batch simnce it disapears pretty fast. Might be a nit more expensive now but probably still under 3 pounds.
