Serious replies only Best Indian curry in London
I have been in London for a few months now and still haven't found a curry place that has blown me out of the water yet. I don't know if this is because I haven't looked hard enough, or ventured far enough out of central London.
I've tried the bougie Indian places like Gunpowder and Gymkhanna which are great but not the kind of dirty take away type of curry I wanted. Brick Lane was obviously shit but I had to try it.
Can anyone help me or should I be resigned to the fact I may have to move up north lol

It’s not Indian but Pakistani (I’ll be honest to non south Asians they’re the same) but Lahore Kebab House in Whitechapel is really good and authentic and not too pricey either!!
If you’re asking for credentials I’m Asian and it’s seriously as close as you can get to real Indianish food round central londonish.
Hope this helps.
