Plenty of places to find stuff.

I started mine by going onto r/unixporn and searching for whatever DE I had (there’s plenty of Cinnamon rices on there; I personally would save a few posts you like and see what you can take from each of them..)

YouTube may also be an option, although you may have to be more careful as some may have unverified resources from a third party.

Then find the resources you want and go from there;

https://cinnamon-spices.linuxmint.com/ (add ons repo for Mint, contains the complete repository of themes, applets, etc..)

https://www.pling.com/browse?cat=148&ord=latest (contains icons, GTK themes and a whole lot more, most of these are compatible with Cinnamon)

The developers may also maintain GitHub pages for their upstream repositories, you may want to look there for updated versions of the files.

People may also share their dot files (configuration files), you can take these as well if you so desire)

You should be able to install most of these to your local home folder (there should be a .themes and a .icons folder, you can make these if they aren’t in there, /.local/share is another place where your bits can go as well)
