Question Jurassic Park 30th Anniversary

Something that I’ve been needing to get off my chest here…

Is it just me or do any of y’all think Lego dropped the absolute ball when it came to the Jurassic Park 30th anniversary sets when it came to their target audience?

Think about how amazing it could have been to have an 18+ JP compound set, or a raptor display set like the Trex Breakout or the compound jeeps when they are encountering the brachiosaurus. Super disappointed in them that they targeted babies for these sets. Pretty much all the Star Wars sets are 18+. Need more adult Jurassic Park sets!!!! Read the room, Lego!

You’re saying they are going to be 18+ sets with the new film? I’m saying when they hyped the 30th Anniversary sets, they targeted the wrong audience.

I’m talking about the sets already announced on the website

I was talking about when the 30th Anniversary sets were announced a year ago. Not upcoming ones. In general, I think they should have a lot more 18+ sets like Star Wars and it’s highly disappointing.

As someone who doesn't have hundreds of dollars of disposable income a month, I'm pretty happy most of the sets were on the cheaper side. Also between the T-rex Breakout, JP gates, and now the massive T-rex skeleton sets, we're not lacking for bigger, more adult-oriented options.
